Youth Students 青少年学生
Youth student will receive authentic,verifiable international credentials, including certificates of UNESCO with unique,trackable verification numbers,providing strong and credible support for future school admissions and globle university applications.
Through a project-based learning approach,our programs systematically build youth students' leadership, creativity,communication skills,critical thinking, and cross-cultural competence,equipping them with the comprehensive competitive edge needed for the future .

School & Training Center 学校与培训机构
School and institutions may design their own course or projects ,We help prepare the application materials and submit. All project undergo review by an international expert panel ，once approved,are included in the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program system .

Volunteers 志愿者
We collaborate with community and partner organization to provide practical service opportunities for youth volunteers, Youth volunteers will begin their service after completing training, gaining priority access to major events, education support roles, and community service opportunities,as well as taking on more responsible positions. they will also receive verifiable service hours and internship records,providing strong support for future school support for future school and program applications. outstanding volunteers may apply for the Certificate of Social Prectice from Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program Surport by UNESCO

About Us

Mission & Vision 愿景与使命
The Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Center USA serves as the U.S. implementing organization of the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program (APYGP), a UNESCO-supported initiative. The Center is dedicated to providing young people with an international, future-oriented growth platform, advancing educational innovation, social practice, and cross-cultural exchange.
The APYGP projects we deliver span a wide range of fields, including arts, sports, artificial intelligence literacy, public speaking, sustainable development, intangible cultural heritage, volunteer service, financial literacy, and research-based practice. Through these programs, we support young people in strengthening their learning capacity, global perspective, creativity, and leadership skills.
Upon completion of approved courses and practical projects, students may apply for the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program Certificate, supported by UNESCO, which serves as an authoritative credential for academic advancement and personal development.
The Center collaborates with schools, communities, and educational institutions to co-develop programs, train mentors, and deliver services, working together to build an open, credible, and sustainable youth development ecosystem.
美国亚太青少年成长中心是联合国教科文组织（UNESCO）支持的“亚太青少年成长计划”（APYGP）在美国的执行机构，中心致力于为青少年提供国际化、未来导向的成长平台，推动教育创新、社会实践与跨文化交流。
我们开展的亚太青少年成长计划项目涵盖艺术、体育、人工智能素养、公众表达、可持续发展、非遗文化、志愿服务、财商与科研实践等领域，帮助青少年提升学习能力、全球视野、创新力与领导力。
学生完成课程与实践后，可申请获得由联合国教科文组织支持的“亚太青少年成长计划”证书，为升学与个人发展提供权威背书。

The Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program (APYGP) adopts a widely recognized and internationally accepted definition of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, based on geographic location, cultural connections, and established practices in international education and cooperation.
亚太青少年成长计划（Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program，简称 APYGP） 所指的“亚太地区（Asia-Pacific）”，是依据国际教育合作与联合国相关项目的通行界定，综合地理区域、文化联系与国际交流实践而确立的广义区域概念
本计划适用国家和地区主要包括：
  • 东亚地区：中国、日本、韩国、朝鲜、蒙古等；
  • 东南亚地区：新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、越南、柬埔寨、老挝、缅甸、文莱、东帝汶等；
  • 南亚地区：印度、巴基斯坦、孟加拉国、斯里兰卡、尼泊尔、不丹、马尔代夫等；
  • 大洋洲及太平洋岛国：澳大利亚、新西兰及其他太平洋岛国；
The applicable countries and regions under APYGP generally include:
  • East Asia: China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Mongolia;
  • Southeast Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Brunei, Timor-Leste;
  • South Asia: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives;
  • Oceania and Pacific Island Countries: Australia, New Zealand, and other Pacific Island nations;
亚太青少年成长计划委员会主席/联合国日内瓦总部官员Vitea Lucas 表示：

Vitea Lucas, Chair of the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program Committee and an official at the United Nations Office in Geneva, stated:
“Enhancing the overall capabilities of young people across the Asia-Pacific region and cultivating future talents for the sustainable development of society, the economy, and the environment is of critical importance. I hope that the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program will be widely promoted and actively embraced, leveraging UNESCO’s extensive experience and rich resources to foster cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective among Asia-Pacific youth.”

Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Center USA brings together front-line educators, internationally certified trainers, and experts in psychology and the social sciences. Our expert team collaborates to provide future-oriented, practice-based growth opportunities for youth ages 8–18. With members from California’s K–12 education system and cross-cultural research teams in China and the U.S., we design programs that integrate global vision, academic rigor, and character development.

Qian Zeng (曾黔 ）
Founder of the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Center USA and an ELOP teacher in the Irvine Unified School District, California. Authorized by the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Headquarters, she serves as the exclusive operating agency for the Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program (APYGP) in the United States, advancing the program’s youth education initiatives and international certification projects across the country.

Ning Zhaung(庄宁）
PHD, Researching Fellow at Tsinghua University’s Positive Psychology Research Center and an academic collaborator in Professor Kaiping Peng’s team, specializing in cross-cultural psychology, positive psychology, and youth development. He currently serves as the U.S. Executive Director of UNESCO’s Asia-Pacific Youth Growth Program and is the Founder of Stanvard Education

Submit project work and assessment materials. Professional review completed within 20 business days.

证书生成与通知
审核通过后生成带有唯一编号的数字证书,通过邮件发送给学生与家长,同时录入项目官网查询系统。
Upon approval, certificate with unique number is generated and emailed to students and parents.

在线查询与验证
任何人可通过证书编号在项目官网进行查询验证,系统返回遮敏的持证人信息、项目名称、完成日期等关键信息,确保真实性。
Anyone can verify certificates online using the unique number. System returns holder information, program name, and completion date.

撤销公示与申诉
如发现违规行为,我们将按程序撤销证书并在项目官网公示编号与原因。被撤销方享有申诉权利,我们承诺公正透明处理。
Certificates may be revoked for violations with public notice. Appeal process ensures fair and transparent handling.

The Youth Environmental Handicrafe Club engages students in upcycling and creative design projects, such as bottle recycling,clothing redesign,oyster shell art,and traditional tie-dye.
Through hands-on activities, students develop environmental awareness ,leadership，creativity and teamwork skills, Upon completing required sessions ,they may apply for the APYGP Social Practice Certificate surported by UNESCO ，enhancing school/college applications .

The Youth Handcraft Club helps students build creativity, focus, and hands-on skills through eco-friendly crafts, nature-inspired projects, and artistic expression. Activities include creative crafting, painting, and cultural art experiences. Students who complete the required sessions may apply for the APYGP international certificate, enhancing their portfolios and future academic development.

AI Youth Creator Camp

The AI Creator Camp helps youth develop technological literacy and innovation skills through hands-on AI applications, creative coding, and digital project practice. Upon completing the program, participants may apply for the APYGP international certificate and have the opportunity to launch their own AI Studio, enhancing their portfolios and college applications.

Youth Public Speaking & Communication

The Youth Public Speaking & Communication Program helps students strengthen confidence, logical thinking, and language organization through speech training, communication skills, teamwork activities, and mock interviews. It is designed for students seeking to improve class participation, competition performance, and overall academic readiness. Upon completion, participants may apply for the APYGP international certificate, adding value to their leadership development and future school applications.
青少年公众演讲与表达项目通过演讲训练、沟通技巧、小组合作与模拟面试，帮助学生提升自信表达、逻辑思维与语言组织能力。适用于希望增强课堂发言、竞赛表现和升学软实力的学生。完成课程后可申请 APYGP 国际证书，为未来申请学校与领导力培养增添亮点。

Volunteer Application
中心为美国地区的青少年提供社会实践机会，所有志愿者在上岗前将接受必要的培训，并根椐服务时长、工作表现与专业能力评定不同等级的志愿者证书，该证书可作为大学申请、社区服务记录及未来发展的重要加分材料
The Center provides community service and experiential learning opportunities for youth . All volunteers will receive required pre-service training ,and their volunteer certificates will be issued based on sevice hours,performance, and demonstrated skills.These certificated can be used for college applications ,community service records,and future development.
